Mode of Payment

  1. The tuition fee should be paid according to the information given in the school website (www.dpsfarakka.com).
  2. Fore more clarification regarding fee, parents may contact School Office / Accounts Section.[ E-mail : accounts@dpsfarakka.com]
  3. Schedule for depositing fee:
    1. No late fee: From 1st to 10th day (on working days) of every month.
    2. Late fee @ 50/- per day from the 11th day to the end of the month.
    3. In addition to the late fee of the scheduled month, an additional amount of Rs. 1000/-up to next one month will be charged.
    4. After 2nd month: Name will be struck off and Re-admission charges to be levied as penalty.
  4. Parents have the option to deposit fees in advance either for the whole year.
  5. Parents are requested to send an e-mail to the school [ E-mail : accounts@dpsfarakka.com] mentioning the name of the student (s), Admn. No., Class and Section after depositing fees.
  6. If the parent doesn’t apply for the refund of Caution Money within one year of withdrawing the child, it would be treated as donation to the school and no claim will be entertained afterwards.
  7. Further if your ward is withdrawn within one Academic Year of his admission in the school his / her caution money stands forfeited.
  8. No refund of Caution Money will be made during vacations.
  9. Students who are admitted in between the session need to pay the fee from April onwards.
